As the Midfield Terminal project is getting closer to completion, these stockpile areas need to be graded and seeded to provide permanent drainage, erosion control and a more finished look.

This package provides for the procurement and distribution/installation of parking lot & roadway light poles and bases, lamps, pole wiring, conduit, branch wiring circuits, service points, and all connections to IPL switch gear. Note that Parking Lot bases and conduit are part of T-29.
The parking lot signage scope is to include the signage, structures, foundations, lamps, pole wiring, conduit, branch wiring circuits, service points and all connections back to IPL switch gear.
The roadway signage scope is to include the signage, supports and any lighting, or wiring to the base of the sign. Any conduit & wire needed will be installed to the sign base as part of the parking lot construction.
This package provides for the preparation, installation and maintenance of all prescribed landscape and hardscape activities for the midfield project site, except as follows. The package will not include any landscape activities east of the enplane/deplane road. This package provides for the installation of a force main designed for conveyance of De-icing runoff from the New Indianapolis Airport distribution facility to the Seerley basin. It includes a covered surface equalization basin located on Airport property. It also consists of power and controls duct-banks, telecomm and data ductbanks, water lines and airfield vehicle service roads.
