The Indianapolis Airport Authority (IAA) is issuing this Request for Proposal (RFP) for qualified vendors to provide cable television service in the New Indianapolis Airport terminal building and surrounding midfield campus. The new terminal is scheduled to open in late 2008.
Use of Distributed Antenna System (DAS) by Cell Phone Carriers to Provide Cell Phone Coverage/Service

The Indianapolis Airport Authority (IAA) is issuing this Request For Proposals (RFPs) for qualified vendors to provide cell phone services through the Distributed Antenna System (DAS) in the new Indianapolis Airport terminal building, Ground Transportation Center (GTC), parking garage, and cell phone lot. The New Indianapolis Airport is scheduled to open in late 2008.
The design, development, construction and operate a new hotel facility with a minimum of 250 rooms to be located in an area adjacent to the new Indianapolis Airport Terminal Building Parking Garage.
This package provides civil work for Garage Entrance and Exit including roads and final grading between the garage and ticketing stations and between the garage and exiting tollbooths.
Garage (east elevation) Landscaping – This package provides for the preparation, installation, and maintenance of all prescribed landscape and hardscape activities associated with the area east of the east elevation of the garage and bordered by the enplane/deplane road on the west.
This package provides pumps and associated header pipe at the deicing facility and equalization pond. It also includes electrical gear and controls for the equipment at the deicing facility and equalization pond. The cabling, final connection and testing for all electrical equipment and controls is also included.
This package provides for the procurement of four (4) 1,500 gpm pumps for the Hydrant Fuel System. The pumps will be assigned to the mechanical contractor for installation and commissioning.
